By placing your order you accept all our policies.




Attention; we do not guarantee color, tone, shades or finishes on any item because screen settings may vary from pc to pc. Our Quality Satisfaction Guarantee is based on quality only. For the best depiction of item color, set screen so that other items in the picture seem to be in their natural color. If you are trying to match items with other items you already have, you must do so at your own risk. Please read our entire store policies before making a purchase..





Please note: We do not accept multiple discounts or coupons at the same time. Please request a quote if you are trying to, or hoping to use a coupon during a sale. For Example; We have a standing offer for free shipping on large orders, however during a "Sale" free shipping, being concidered a discount towards your purchase, you would not be able to take part in the Sale if you wish to use the Free Shipping Offer. The online checkout may allow you to submit these multiple discounts, offers, or coupons at times. But our managers will have final word on these transactions.

Local orders delivered the same or next day if possible, at your convenience.

  • All long distance orders are insured and will be sent UPS ground, or by freight on large items, unless other arrangements are made. Orders generally arrive as quick as *7-10 working days to be delivered to your door, Or sooner if you are close to Texas. *We do ask for up to 15 working days in the event of any delays. Please choose the insurance option if you wish to have immediate replacement in the event of damages. To insure your item click "Insure your Shipment"
    If you choose not to insure your shipment and you are outside the Houston area you must sign and fax us the waiver before we will ship your order. Click for Insurance Waiver
  • Please Note; Most "Freight Companies" will not bring your merchandise inside, and they will not carry your items up any stairs. Please be prepared to take you items inside yourself. They will simply unload items off their truck.  They also can not deliver at any exact time. Remember that freight companies are not our employees, and are not a representation of our company. They are simply a company we use to ship your merchandise to you.
  • Notice; We can not ship any glass items larger than 7" in length via UPS, nor items weighting more than 150 lbs, if they come in one box. Large items may have to be shipped by freight, Contact us for estimates. 

  • If you wish to have items shipped UPS- 3 day or Overnight Air, simply request it, and the actual shipping cost (plus $10.00 for rush) We will bill you the difference via payment request email.  

  • Orders are processed on a first come first serve basses and are subject to inventory availability, If an item is not in stock it may take an additional 10 working days to ship. Note; we have access to 3 warehouses that total more square feet than a football field and they are filled more than 20 feet high, we rarely run out of stock on any item.

  • Your Satisfaction Comes First with US! Any items damaged in transit will be repaired to new condition or replaced. Usually we will just replace it. All items are inspected prior to shipment, but tiny dings can happen during shipping. Please let us know if you have this happens to your order, so that we may take care of it for you.

  • Special offer on new mattress purchases for "Local Customers Only". We will allow you to exchange mattress sets (10 year warranty or higher) for a different set, so you may find one that is the most comfortable for you. As long as you inspect and choose to do so while the delivery people are still there, once our delivery people have left, this offer is no longer valid.
  • Amendments to shipping policy listed below.

 

The below polices are mainly based around shipping long distance, if your a local customer, the majority will not apply.

We are a small company with a big heart, selling products extremely cheap, but could not afford to keep selling this cheap while being made responsible for indecision. Remember  we are blowing out our items, and we do not leave much room for unusual or unnecessary expenses. We could raise our prices to normal retail to cover our losses for the following scenarios. However instead of charging every customer more, we set forth the following policies. So please be sure the items you pick are the items you want. If you are decorating a room please wait until you get the items you ordered, before you buy any other item that you would like it to match. We will exchange items, but at your cost for the shipping plus a Restocking charge.

Return Policy

  • The policy in this paragraph was started because of the few individuals that ruin it for all the rest of us, by placing an order and then are out of town when it arrives, or changes their mind mid stream while the order is already being shipped. Sometimes returning an unopened box (leaving us to pay the shipping charges, which are a tad high on fine furniture). Or, in some cases, they would use it for a month or so, damage or scratch it some how, and then try to get a new one. I know its hard to believe, I personally believe that all people are good, but some people will try this, even after 6 months have passed since they ordered. Another scenario is when someone else surprises them with a gift, and you know it, its the same thing they just ordered. In this situation its not intentional, but the results are the same. Or in the event they lack the patience to wait and buy furniture somewhere else, before their items arrive. We are a small company with a big heart, Your Satisfaction Absolutely Comes First, but please consider our cost when any of the above happens. We can assure you that our products are of high quality, and you will be satisfied, but All Sales are Final, and there is No Cash Refunds. If an item is delivered damaged, make sure you make a note on the delivery receipt while the carrier is still there and please report it to us within 72 hours and it will be repaired to new condition, replaced or you can have credit towards another item. Anyone returning orders without authorization from us will be responsible for the cost to reship it. So please contact us, and make us aware of the problems before returning it, so that we may properly file a claim (according to procedure) with the shipping service. 

  •  If your order arrives and the packaging appears damaged, please accept it, tell the driver to let you make a note of the condition of the box on the bill of laden, and then see if the contents inside are damaged. Many times the packaging can get beat up, but the contents are fine. If you received the wrong item please contact us, and allow us to arrange pick up of that item, and the correct item will be sent to you. Please be aware the wrong item must be reflected on your receipt. In other words you must receive an item that is not the item stated on your receipt, in order to claim it is the wrong item. When placing your order you are responsible for checking your receipt to make sure the item listed is the item you ordered, and you also must make sure that your shipping information is correct. As you are the only one who knows your correct shipping address. If the shipping address is incorrect and it is shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. So please go over your receipt as soon as you receive it, to verify all the information on it. If you do not receive one via email, please ask our sales dept to fax you a purchase order. Anyone refusing delivery for whatever reason, must cover the cost to reship it back to you, if there is no damage to the item being returned. Only items, or individual pieces should be returned in the event of damage. Entire shipments should not be returned, because of a single item being damaged. Cancellations must be done within 24 hours of original order date (prior to us shipping your order) and will have a $40.00 paper handling charge.

  • In the event you merely would like something different, if you pack it back up, so that it does not become damage in shipping, and pay to ship it back. We will credit you the initial purchase price towards another item. If the item becomes damaged on the way back to us, you will be responsible as the shipper to file a claim with the shipping service. They will send you a check to pay for your new item. Sorry, and I hope you understand. I wish we could handle this for you, but the shipping companies set this policy.

  • Any item being returned for any reason, absolutely must be in its original packaging. Items arriving at our dock, packaged in any way other than the packaging it was sent in will be refused.

  • We (ClickOn Furniture) are not responsible for delays in shipping due to UPS (or any freight company) shipping times and/or delays do to holidays. Once we ship it (or 72 hours have past on special orders that could not ship the same day), there is no cancellations accepted. Orders generally will arrive at your door in less than 8-15 working days. However we can make no guarantees on any Shipping ETAs other than it will take less than 30 days (worse case scenario), if we can not provide you with a tracking number after 30 days, we will refund your purchase price at your request. No matter who pays the shipping, we ship items for you, and you are ultimately responsible for the shipping cost in the event a refund of the purchase price is granted. Also if a refund is granted a 20% restocking charge will be due, along with any shipping fees and cancellation charges. We do not under any circumstance ship items for the sole purpose of viewing the item in person. We only ship an item if it has already been ordered, and we ship the item for you as an added service. It is not a part of the purchase. In the event we offer free shipping, the shipping cost is merely deducted from the purchase price as a discount, and then applied as prepayment of the freight costs.
  • Please do not place an order unless you definitely want the items and are willing to follow and agree to our entire shipping policy...

Lay-A- Ways are for 90 days and are the same as cash, only two 30 day extensions are available at a cost of 10% of the total amount of your order and must be requested in writing before the end of your layaway term. If your lay-a-way has expired and you wish to payoff your balance and receive your items, you must pay a 20% reactivation fee and pay off the balance in one payment and must do so with in 30 days of the end of your lay-a-way expiration date. Lay-a-ways terms are in days not months (ie..30 days are not the same as 1 month) . 
Please note: Even if items are paid in full, if not picked up in a reasonable amount of time, they will fall under our lay-a-way policy, and storage chagres may be applied. You may not take out partial orders, if you had us store an entire beroom set (for example) you must pay for the entire set to pick any of it up.
There is absolutely No Refunds on Lay-A-Ways..

Please make note; accidental charge backs or returned checks can have a $30.00 Charge. 

Please Note; Cashiers Checks and Money orders must be mailed in,  Local C.O.D. customers please have payment ready for driver ----No checks accepted on C.O.D. orders---

Business and personal checks must clear before shipping.
